Almond Flakes
Ingredients :
  • 65 g Almond powder
  • 30 g Cake flour
  • 50 g Almond slices
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 50 g Butter, at room temperature
  • 2 pcs Egg whites

Method :
1.    Whip the butter and sugar until well-mixed and lemon white in colour. Add the egg whites in 4 portions and mix well.
2.    Sieve the cake flour and almond flour into the butter mixture. With the back of a tablespoon thinly spread the batter on the baking paper. Place the almond slices on the top.
3.    Bake in a preheated 170C/345F oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden around the sides.
