Ingredients / 材料:
  • 12-14 pcs Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 180 g Minced shrimp meat
  • 1+½ tbsp Corn Starch
  • ½ Egg White
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Petersilie or coriander to taste
  • Pinch White peppercorns, finely grounded

Method / 做法:
  1. Mix all the ingredients, except for the wrappers, in a bowl. Stir until the mixture becomes a paste with smooth and shiny consistency.
  2. Spread a table of batter on a wrapper, then cover with another wrapper to become a pancake.
  3. In a flat bottom pan, heat up the oil on medium heat. When the oil is ready, put the shrimp cake in and start frying until both sides turn golden. Serve with plum sauce.
